| Seems no matter how hard you try to make
sure you get everything right, one or two little slips will manage to get
through the cracks. This page is for all the stitchers who enjoy Ladybug
Lane's designs, and catch those little goofs.
If The Shoe
Fits... I neglected to give the colors to
backstitch the hands and the table. Also, there is a small graphic
here to help clarify stitching for the little girl's eyes.
Hands -- DMC 776 (Med Pink)
Table -- DMC 400 (Dk Mahogany) |
Irish Blessing
- On some of the earlier charts, the Parrot Green
color number was left off. It is DMC 906, or Anchor 256.
Also, earlier copies of the chart were printed with different widths on
the front and backside. This has been corrected with a change in
printers, and should not affect you unless you are trying to copy both
sides onto a single large sheet. If this is a problem, please email or
write us to exchange for a corrected copy. |
| Bee Happy
- On early copies of the chart, the stitch count is
wrong. It should be 114w x 106h. The chart itself is correct, just
the number on the back cover is wrong. |
Hushabye
-
On the earliest copies of the chart, a symbol was dropped off of the
color codes on the back. They are:
c
= (for pink Hushabye) ...
The Gentle Arts Clover DMC / Anchor =
3688 / 66
c
= (for blue Hushabye) ... The Gentle Arts
Cornflower DMC / Anchor = 793
/ 176 |

Age - A credit for
framing was left off of the chart. Many thanks to

Coffee First! - On some of the earlier charts, the
symbol for Grape-Light (DMC 3836/Anchor 90) appears on the back as a
modified "S".
This symbol should be a check mark. On later
editions of the charts, it is a "Z". This was due to a font
incompatibility. |
| Ladybug Angel
- The open star in the middle of the butterfly
should be done in DMC #3750 -- Antique Blue, Very Dark.
The "freckles" on her cheeks (7 each cheek) are french
knots, and should be done in DMC #3712 -- Salmon, Med.

| BOLD AMERICA
- The fabric used -- "Winter Skies" by Lakeside Linens
-- should be in vintage instead of plain fabric. Sorry! |
BLUSH!
- Apparently some of the charts did not include a line
for the backstitching on the palm tree. This should be done with 1 strand of
DMC 779 - Dark Cocoa. |
